Write an Article

James had quite a wild ride in his peach. Write a newspaper article which could have reported his landing on the empire state building.

Design an Experiment

The peach James traveled in floated across the ocean. Do peaches really float? Develop an experiment to test the buoyancy of a peach as well as other popular fruit. Share your results with your class.

Make a Drawing

James found some true friends through his adventures in this story. Make a drawing of a true friend. The drawing must include at least seven characteristics.

Write a Story

Although James traveled in a peach, how might his trip have been different if he had traveled in a different type of fruit (or vegetable)? Write a story which tells of his adventures in another fruit or vegetable of your choice.

Free Choice
